Rates and delivery

• Standard: $8 — 3–5 business days. Free on orders $70 and up.
• Express: $15 — 1–2 business days.

Orders typically ship from our California facility within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email at order and a separate shipping email with tracking the moment your package leaves.

Pre-order shipping — Season 1

Pre-order pieces — including the Father's Day Founder's Drop — ship by the date listed on each product page. Father's Day Founder's Drop orders placed before the cutoff date are guaranteed in your hands by Father's Day.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link from our carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on speed and destination). If you don't see a shipping email within the published window, check spam first, then write us at support@stillwestco.com and we'll track it down.

Where we ship

STILLWEST currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States. We're a small, focused team — keeping it domestic for now means every order gets the attention it deserves.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, write us at support@stillwestco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo if the package was damaged. We will replace or refund — your choice — at no cost to you. The carrier is our problem, not yours.
