Partners deliver clinical sessions to fathers who self-attest to need or are referred by partner networks.

Every quarter we publish a public Father's Hour Report — dollars given, sessions funded, fathers reached.

The Father's Council is an invite-only group of working dads and clinicians, capped at 100. They review every collection before it ships, vote on which charity partners receive that quarter's funds, and act as the brand's conscience.
Three seats are explicitly reserved for fathers from communities historically under-served by men's mental-health resources.
