The promise
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any STILLWEST piece for a full refund. No restocking fees, no return shipping costs. If the piece doesn't fit your life, we'd rather have it back than have you not wear it.
How to start a return
Write us at support@stillwestco.com with your order number and a quick note about which piece you're returning. We'll email you a prepaid return label within one business day. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location.
One email, one label, done. No portal logins, no multi-page forms.
Condition requirements
To qualify for a full refund, returned pieces must be:
- Unworn outside of normal try-on — try it on, walk around the house once, we trust you.
- Free of pet hair, perfume, deodorant marks, and stains.
- Returned with original tags attached if they came on the piece.
If a piece comes back outside these conditions, we'll email you with options before processing.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email support@stillwestco.com and we'll send you a prepaid label and reserve the replacement piece. Exchanges are always free within 30 days. If the replacement is a higher-priced item, we'll send a quick checkout link for the difference.
Pre-order cancellations
For Season 1 pre-order pieces (including the Father's Day Founder's Drop): you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. To cancel, email support@stillwestco.com with your order number. We'll confirm the cancellation and process the refund within 2 business days. Once your piece is in your hands, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return at our facility, we inspect, process, and refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit; that part is outside our control.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If something arrives damaged, defective, or just wrong, we treat that as a quality failure on our end — not a return. Email support@stillwestco.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the piece at no cost and skip the return process entirely. Keep the original or donate it; whichever makes sense.
Why the policy is this generous
STILLWEST exists because the apparel industry has too many fine-print traps. Final sale racks. Restocking fees. 14-day windows. We're a mission-led brand built by a father who wanted something he could trust — so the return policy is part of that trust. If we can't stand behind a piece for 30 days, we shouldn't have shipped it.
