Orders & pre-orders
When will my order ship?

Most STILLWEST orders ship from our California facility within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a separate shipping email with tracking the moment your package leaves.

When will my Season 1 pre-order ship?

Items in the Father's Day Founder's Drop are guaranteed in your hands by Father's Day for any order placed before the cutoff date listed on each product page.

Other Season 1 pre-order pieces ship by the date listed on each product page. You'll get an email with tracking the day your order leaves our facility.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — for a full refund — at any time before your order ships. Just email support@stillwestco.com with your order number and we'll confirm the cancellation within one business day. Once the piece is in your hands, our standard 30-day return policy applies. Details on our Returns & exchanges page.

What's the difference between Season 1 and the Father's Day Founder's Drop?

The Father's Day Founder's Drop is a curated subset of Season 1 — the first six pieces, hand-picked to ship in time for Father's Day. The full Season 1 collection includes additional pieces across all four chapters (Ranch, Coast, Trail, Home).

The Father's Hour mission
How does the $10-per-garment mission work?

$10 of every garment we sell funds one subsidized hour of therapy for a father in need — delivered through our partner network of vetted clinical-service organizations. The number is set at design — before we know our margin, before we know our cost of goods — and it doesn't move with seasonality, sales, or our P&L. Every garment, $10.

The $10 closes the gap between what a father can pay and what a licensed sliding-scale clinician charges per session through our partners. We pool the funds quarterly and disburse them to vetted clinical-service partners who deliver licensed therapy to fathers who self-attest to financial need or are referred through partner networks like Movember Foundation, the Dad Mental Health Alliance, Postpartum Support International, and local SoCal counseling organizations.

Can I see a public report of where the money goes?

Yes. Every quarter we publish a public Father's Hour Report at /pages/our-impact, showing total dollars given, subsidized hours funded, fathers reached, and which partner organizations received funds. Full transparency is part of the deal — if we say $10 funds a subsidized hour, we publish proof of the hours.

Who is the Father's Council?

The Father's Council is an invite-only group of working dads and licensed clinicians, capped at 100 members. They review every collection before it ships, vote on which charity partners receive each quarter's funds, and act as the brand's conscience. Three seats are explicitly reserved for fathers from communities historically under-served by men's mental-health resources.

Applications are open. Apply at /pages/join-the-hour.

Why men's mental health, why now?

Roughly 80% of US suicide deaths are men. 41% of fathers report symptoms consistent with anxiety or depression. Fewer than 25% of fathers experiencing those symptoms ever seek treatment.

The reasons are well documented: lack of time, cost, not knowing who to call, and the cultural friction of being "the dad in therapy." We can't move all four levers — but cost we can. STILLWEST is built around the math that consumer purchases, structured honestly, can fund clinical access at scale.

Sizing & fit
How do STILLWEST sizes run?

Our pieces are designed for a relaxed-classic fit — not slim, not oversized. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for hoodies and outerwear, and staying with your regular size for tees and shirts. A full size chart with body measurements (chest, waist, sleeve, length) is on every product page under "Size guide."

What if I get the wrong size?

Email support@stillwestco.com within 30 days and we'll send you a prepaid label and reserve your replacement size. Size exchanges are always free within the return window. See our Returns & exchanges page for the full policy.

Are pieces fit-tested before they ship?

Yes. Every piece in Season 1 was fit-tested by a panel of working dads across heights, builds, and ages. Our Father's Council does final fit and feel review before any piece ships to customers. The point is to design for real bodies wearing real lives — not catalog mannequins.

Materials, care & origin
Are STILLWEST garments sustainable?

Every Season 1 piece is made from 100% sustainable natural fibers — primarily organic cotton, hemp, and responsibly sourced wool. We use no virgin polyester, no virgin nylon, no plastic-derived performance fabrics. Where we need stretch or weather resistance, we use recycled or plant-based alternatives that we disclose openly on every product page.

Sustainability for us is a garment-level commitment — the fibers in the piece you'll wear for years, the dyes that touch your skin, the wages paid to the people who cut and sew. Every spec is documented and verifiable.

Where are your garments manufactured?

Cut and sewn in Los Angeles, California by family-run partner factories we visit in person, on average, every six weeks. Every partner is vetted on fair-wage compensation, safe working conditions, and environmental practices. Knit fabrics come from a SoCal mill; woven fabrics come from a partner in the Pacific Northwest. Domestic at every step we can be — and when we can't, we disclose the country of origin on the product page itself.

How should I care for STILLWEST pieces?

Most pieces are machine wash cold, line dry or tumble low. Cotton and hemp pieces will soften and develop a worn-in patina over time — that's by design. Wool pieces are wash-by-hand or dry clean, marked on the care tag. We recommend a plant-based detergent like Branch Basics or Dirty Labs to keep fibers in their best shape.

Detailed care instructions are stitched into every garment and listed on each product page under "Care."

Do you offer repair services?

Yes. Repair before replace is one of our five core values. If a piece tears, frays, or loses a button within normal wear, email support@stillwestco.com with a photo and we'll arrange repair through our LA partner workshop. The first repair on any piece is free; subsequent repairs are at-cost. The goal is for a STILLWEST piece to be in your closet for ten years — not two.

What certifications do you carry?

Our organic cotton is GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard). Our wool partners are Responsible Wool Standard certified. Our LA manufacturing partners hold SA8000 fair-wage certifications. Every certification is verifiable in our published quarterly transparency report at /pages/our-impact, alongside the financial mission report.
