These terms govern your use of stillwestco.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

STILLWEST & CO. is a small apparel brand operated by STILLWEST APPAREL & CO. LLC, headquartered in California. Contact: hello@stillwestandco.co.

The site

You can use stillwestco.com to browse, learn about the brand, and place orders. Don't try to break it, hack it, scrape it, or use it for anything we wouldn't.

Accounts

You don't need an account to place an order. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login secure. If something looks off in your account, write us.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy. We accept that offer by sending an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Rare, but it happens. For example, if a price is mis-listed or fraud is suspected, we may cancel and refund.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the wallet providers offered at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). We never see your full card details.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep the site accurate. Mistakes happen. If a price is wrong on the site, we'll let you know before we charge you. You can proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Pre-orders

Pre-order pieces are pieces you can buy before they're produced and shipped. Estimated ship windows are listed on the product page. Pre-orders are charged at checkout. If we cancel a pre-order for any reason, you get a full refund.

Intellectual property

The STILLWEST name, the wave-and-ridge mark, "Still the mind," "The Father's Hour," our designs, product photography, written content, and the layout of this site are owned by us. You can share our content on social media with credit. You can't use any of it for commercial purposes, resell it, or pretend it's yours.

Your content

If you tag us, comment, leave a review, or send us a photo wearing the gear, you give us permission to share it (with credit) on our channels and in our marketing. If you'd rather we didn't, let us know and we'll remove it.

Prohibited uses

Don't:

  • Use the site to break any law
  • Mess with the site's code or infrastructure
  • Use bots or scrapers to crawl the site
  • Impersonate anyone, including STILLWEST
  • Send harassing, abusive, or threatening messages through our channels

If you do any of these, we may suspend or cancel your access.

Disclaimers

We do our best to keep the site accurate, up to date, and working. We don't guarantee it. The site is provided "as is." We're not responsible for any third-party content linked from the site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site, our products, or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
