Ten dollars of every garment we sell funds one subsidized hour of licensed therapy for a father in need — delivered through our partner network of vetted clinical-service organizations. We say it on the homepage. We say it on every product page. The whole company is built around that one sentence.
It's an easy sentence to print. It's a harder sentence to prove.
The Hour is the chapter where we prove it. Every quarter we publish a public Father's Hour Report — total dollars given, subsidized hours funded, fathers reached, partner organizations that received funds. No averages. No projections. Actual hours delivered to actual fathers, by name of the partner who delivered them.
The $10 closes the gap between what a father can pay and what a licensed sliding-scale clinician charges per session through our partner network. We pool the funds quarterly and disburse them to vetted clinical-service partners who deliver licensed therapy to fathers who self-attest to financial need or are referred through partner networks like Movember Foundation, the Dad Mental Health Alliance, Postpartum Support International, and local SoCal counseling organizations.
This chapter is where those reports live. It's also where you'll find the work behind them: partner spotlights from the clinical-service organizations we fund, interviews with the licensed clinicians doing the work, conversations with the Father's Council members who vote on each quarter's allocation, and the occasional accountability post when something didn't go the way we said it would.
The bar we're holding ourselves to is simple: if we said $10 funds a subsidized hour, we publish proof of the hours. If we ever fall short of that, this is the chapter that says so.
The first quarterly report drops at the end of Season 1. Subscribe below to get it in your inbox the day it goes up.
